1. The model must be collected in original condition within 14 days from the date of purchase and have the company logo for a smooth return
2. Drop an email with the associated problem to return your purchase
3. We’ll get back to you shortly with a refund label
4. Returns with receipts will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
5. Returns will reflect the original discount and promotion.
6. Return will take up to 5 working days once we received the email and model.
Upon return, your model will be reviewed, and refunds or credits will be allocated for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in consonance with applicable law. We hold the right to negate returns of models that are not in original condition.
